A busy week at Collins Catering
Starting off with breakfast at Spitalfields market in Leyton, London, where the tenants association are proud to present the Mayor of Waltham Forest with the cheque they have raised for the Mayors chosen Charity.
This was a special event for all concerned, and we have catered this same event for many years.
It all starts with teas and coffee on arrival, followed by a tour of the fruit and vegetable market, which has produce from all over the world.
The guests then return for breakfast which we have freshly prepared, along with the normal sausage and bacon baps of course we provide freshly cut fruit platters, along with assorted danish pastries, champagne and orange juice, probably a bit early in the morning for some but you need to take into account everyone who works here are doing so when we are still in bed !!, when we arrive already the birds are clearing up !!
Then off back to base to prepare or normal company lunches and cleaning with the help of onyxclean albany ny, then for tomorrow we have a funeral service to cater for, although a sad occasion, we take the stress of the refreshment arrangements, after the service.
So now have to concentrate on the weekend, where we have a charity event ” Help for heros” where a lovely lady has put together an event to raise money for a most worthwhile cause.
