Getting It Right First Time, Every Time
Menus, menus, menus. What exactly is a menu? We always think at Collins Catering that catering for an event should focus around the event itself.
Right for every occasion
The start point for menu planning for us is always to gently ask our customers – what is the purpose of the event? How many people do you expect to attend? What sort of venue have you decided upon. Working in someone’s house is very different from working at a booked external venue, neither is right or wrong, it’s just different.
Working to your Budget
The budget is also important, so we can ensure you get the very best return on your investment. Is there something special you would like? If there is, then we aim to plan around that as often the special items will cost the most – it may be a perfect, specially commissioned cake as a centrepiece, or it may be that you would like a special toast and would like to budget for some champagne.
Getting the Priorities just right
Or that you’d like to spend the money on the venue and the flowers and would like to keep the menu fairly simple as it’s a lower key occasion.
We design your event to suit your exact requirements
Whatever the purpose and objective of your big day, we will tailor the catering exactly to suit your requirments and offer gentle, expert advice and guidance every step of the way to ensure that after we’ve been and gone, you have a treasured memory of your special day and so do all your guests.
